Asiacompare -- Comparative Analysis of NTFP Development (Asia)

About Asiacompare
English (USA)

Dear Colleagues,

In order to facilitate communication among collaborators working on the
"Comparative Analysis of NTFP development cases", we have established
"List-serves" for the Asian, (Asiacompare@lists.cgiar.org), African
(Africompare@lists.cgiar.org) and Latin American (Americompare@lists.cgiar.org) teams.
By addressing a message to these addresses you can reach all collaborators
in the region.

If you have comments or suggestions that may be useful to other
colleagues, please address them to your regional list-serve (and, if
appropriate, to the other regional list-serves as well). Likewise, if you
have questions about approaches or definitions, other collaborators may be
able to help sort them out. By engaging the whole team in the dialogue we
can achieve a higher level of consistency, comparability, and
collaborative advantage.

Several of our collaborators have difficult e-mail access. For that
reason, we request that users do not use the list-serve to send
attachments (we will make exceptions for the occasional distribution of
new project material such as updated descriptors and data base template).
We are planning to establish a password-accessible location on the CIFOR
web-site for posting larger documents, including draft and final reports
of case-studies, and relevant reference material.

We also request that list-serve users limit their exchanges to issues that
have general relevance. Project-specific material relating to contracts
or administrative matters should still be sent through private e-mail
addresses.

To UNSUBSCRIBE from this list, please send an email to to asiacompare-leave@lists.cgiar.org

The list-serves and the web-page will be administered and monitored by
Mr. Irdez Azhar . If you have
suggestions to improve the list-serve (including if you notice missing or
incorrect addresses for colleagues) please let Irdez know.

I look forward to the discussions!

Brian.
