WELCOME to CAPRi-Talk and to the E-mail conference on "Property Rights and Collective Action for Poverty Reduction" This conference has been organized by the "CGIAR System-wide program on Collective Action and Property Rights" to discuss the role of institutions of property rights and collective action for poverty reduction. We suggest you save this message to refer back to. HOW TO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE: 1. This is an e-mail based conference. All subscribers can send messages to all other participants through the e-mail address Capri-talk@cgiar.org. If yours is a reply to somebody else's message maintain the same subject and please send only your new message without previous discussions appended. 2. The E-conference archives are web-based and contain: * background papers * all messages sent during the e-mail conference * weekly summaries How to access the archives: The web-based archives are at http://capri-talk.cgiar.org. ------------------------------ Correct behavioural norms apply and the list administrator reserves the right to unsubscribe participants in case of interference with discussion content. Subscribing to capri-talk
