Dear Board Members: Welcome to the CIP-BOARD list server! CIP-BOARD is an e-mail list server which broadcasts messages and announcements to its subscribers. Its goal is to facilitate communication among CIP Board Members. Sending mail to all subscribers can be done easily by sending it to the CIP-BOARD e-mail address: cip-board@lists.cgiar.org. Please note, however, that any message addressed to cip-board@lists.cgiar.org will be sent to ALL your Board colleagues and the list moderator, Mariella Altet. If you want to send a message to only one of your board colleagues, please send it to his/her personal email address. Also, please note you cannot use the "reply-to" function to reply to the list. The return path routes messages to the postmaster, not to the list. To send a message to the list, you will need to MANUALLY enter the e-mail address cip-board@lists.cgiar.org I hope this is to your satisfaction, and please do not hesitate to send us any comments or suggestions you might have. Using cip-board
To post a message to all the list members, send email to cip-board@lists.cgiar.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to cip-board
Subscribe to cip-board by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
